At MPK, we specialize in whole pig and chicken roasting, using traditional live coal cooking methods found throughout Eastern Europe and Puerto Rico. Our cooking style, seasonings, and menus are designed with our cultural roots in mind, featuring flavors from our Polish and Puerto Rican heritage.
Our whole Pig Roasts and Chicken Roasts are available year-round. We also cook a variety of meats, vegetables, and side dishes over live coals, such as kielbasa, crispy pork belly, fire-roasted sweet potatoes, seasonal charred vegetables, and even rice. All of our coal-roasted meats and sides are done with live hardwood coals.
MPK's Signature Pig Roasts are perfect for groups of 50 people or more. Our pigs are sourced from local Wisconsin farms and butchers and delivered fresh from the farm, ready to be cooked up for your event. Our pig roasting technique allows us to achieve roasts laden with crispy, crackling skin, accompanied by succulent and juicy meat. If you're looking for a comforting Spanferkel, or an excellent Lechón, then MPK has got you covered.
MPK's Chicken Roasts are perfect as an accompaniment to our Signature Pig Roasts or as the main dish alone. Our chickens are sourced from local Wisconsin butchers, and delivered fresh. Our chickens are roasted with live, hardwood coals, allowing them to develop amazing flavor and deep color all while remaining tender and juicy.
