Muñewski’s Pork + Knife is a catering company which specializes in whole pig and chicken roasting, using traditional open-coal, live-fire cooking methods commonly found in Eastern Europe and Puerto Rico. Our menus are inspired by our cultural roots, featuring flavors from Puerto Rico and Poland, and our love for local, seasonal, and fresh ingredients. 
At every opportunity, we source our meats, produce, and ingredients from local Wisconsin farmers and butchers, and proudly offer year-round catering services, including our whole pig and chicken roasts. What was once a seasonal tradition in Wisconsin is now available as a year-round offering suitable for any type of gathering.
